Turn your spreadsheet into a system.
Stop relying on Excel to run your company's processes.

Built for processes that started simple and now depend on a spreadsheet.
Every part of the spreadsheet gets a place in the system.
Pick an element of the spreadsheet and see what it becomes. LeafProton's AI reads that structure to suggest screens, fields and workflows; you review it before using it.

Each column becomes a field with a type and validation: the request numbers itself, the cost center becomes a list and the amount only accepts currency.
Each value in the column becomes a board column. Requests show up as cards and move across columns as they progress.
Whoever is listed as the approver starts receiving the request and only sees what they need to decide.
The formula hidden in the cell becomes a workflow everyone can see: the request reaches the right approver on its own.
Instead of "_v7_FINAL (2)", each request keeps its own history: who changed what, when, and what it was before.
The totals someone rebuilt by hand every week become numbers and charts that update on their own with each new request.
The month-end summary someone pieced together by copying and pasting from the spreadsheet comes out ready as a PDF, with the blocks, filters and branding you choose.
When the spreadsheet becomes the company's system, it starts asking for more than Excel can deliver.
Scattered versions
Nobody knows which file is up to date.
Inconsistent data entry
Everyone records data their own way, and the process loses consistency.
Approvals outside the spreadsheet
Decisions happen in messages and emails, with no central history.
Fragile formulas
A small change can break an important rule.
Access that's too broad
People see or edit more than they should.
Manual follow-up
The team has to ask for the status instead of looking it up.
The spreadsheet is still useful for analyzing data. But when the work involves people, steps and decisions, the process needs an interface of its own.
The same logic as your process, now organized for your team to work in.
Guided forms
Everyone fills in only what they need to, with standardized fields.
Visible status
Requests, tasks and records show which step they're in.
Clear owners
It's clear who needs to act and what is waiting.
Rules in the workflow
Validations, steps and approvals no longer depend on memory or hidden formulas.
Role-based permissions
Each person accesses only the information and actions they need.
Views to keep track
Managers see queues, deadlines and indicators without compiling data by hand.

LeafProton doesn't replace Excel for every task. It comes in when the spreadsheet has become the place where people request, approve, carry out and track work.
The process stops depending on a file and gains control.
Start with the spreadsheet your team already knows.
You review the proposed system before putting the process into use.
Role-based access
Define who requests, who approves, who carries out and who follows up.
Organized data
Turn scattered fields into standardized, searchable information.
Process history
Record changes, steps and decisions throughout the process.
Review before activation
Validate the proposed system with the people who know the operation.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You upload the spreadsheet and LeafProton builds the system from the structure that's already in it. Fields, steps and rules are adjusted right on screen, without writing a single line of code.
My spreadsheet is very specific. Will it still work?
Yes. LeafProton understands the logic of your process — data, people, steps and rules — and builds a system tailored to it, no matter how particular it is.
What happens after I upload the file?
LeafProton reads tabs, columns, lists and patterns and delivers a ready-made system proposal. You see everything it understood, tweak whatever you want and put it to work.
Which files can I upload?
XLSX, XLS, ODS and CSV, up to 20 MB. In other words: spreadsheets from Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.
Does LeafProton change my original spreadsheet?
No. Your original spreadsheet stays untouched: LeafProton works on a copy, protected under our Privacy Policy.
What about formulas and macros?
Formulas become the system's automatic rules and calculations, running on their own with no risk of someone deleting a cell. Files with macros (.xlsm) come in saved as .xlsx, and the automation comes to life in LeafProton's flows.
How long does it take to become a system?
The system proposal is ready in minutes. Then just review and activate: your team can start using it the same day.
Can I control who sees and edits each piece of information?
Yes. You set roles and permissions for each person, and everyone sees and edits only what they're responsible for.
Will my team be able to use it on their phones?
Yes. LeafProton is built to work on phones, tablets and computers: your team looks things up, fills in and follows the work from wherever they are.
Can I integrate it with other tools?
Yes. LeafProton has a complete API integration system: it pulls data from other systems in real time and receives calls from other tools via webhook to trigger your flows.
Your spreadsheet already carries the logic of your process.
Upload the file your team uses today and see how it can become a system for working with more control.
